Stacey and Tasha were wonderful to work with. They are excellent communicators and their subcontractors were top notch. We lived in our home while remodeling and they were very conscientious and made sure everything ran smoothly and quickly. Subs showed up when they said they would and left the work space clean every day. Both Stacey and Tasha had good ideas and good resources to suggest for all the tile, flooring, plumbing, etc. We removed walls, moved an exterior wall and remodeled the entire house doing first the downstairs and then the upstairs. I highly recommend Ranieri Construction for whatever your project may be.

We were not present during most of the construction phase, but Stacie & Tasha kept us consistently informed through video calls. Some of them worked weekends even. We were staying down the street @ a family members' house, so we were able to stop by everyday and no contractor seemed to mind this. We had a budget, but could shop for what we may have wanted to upgrade such as our light fixtures. We ordered our own appliances in the kitchen.
