Spa Inspired Master Bathroom

Transforming this 1990s bathroom/bedroom to a zen, spa like retreat, with a masculine undertone, was the homeowner's goal. We relocated the toilet room, enlarged the master closet, relocated vanity plumbing, removed dated tray ceilings and soffits and created an entirely new vibe. Natural walnut floating cabinets vanity, with LED undercabinet lighting, warms the space. The walls of the bathroom were tiled (with the exception of the toilet room door wall), mixing a 12x24 textured tile and gloss subway tile. (NOTE: Due to supply chain issues the new window replacements were on backorder. Therefore, the tile was not installed around the existing glass block window at time of photos.) The final touch is the master bedroom closet system with ample shelves and drawers. The previous closet had little shelving space and was 1/2 the size. 

Elegant Master Bathroom

The master bathroom of this large custom home had not been updated since it was built in the 1990s. The homeowner wanted to keep the existing footprint but modernize the expansive space with a freestanding tub and regal, yet durable, marble patterned porcelain tile from Emser. She chose a gray and white color palette mixed with chrome and brushed nickel fixtures for modern elegance. 

Eclectic Guest Bathroom

Rad Tile Bathroom

This bathroom is the vision of a very forward thinking homeowner and the industrial modern vibe shines through! This tile was on closeout and they purchased the entire stock of it and used it throughout the home. To not compete with the graffiti tile, we used white quartz for the countertops and tub deck. The cabinets are natural maple, with slab doors, to keep it simple. The sinks are huge rectangle Kohler undermounts and chrome faucets and fixtures shine against the matte tile. The low iron frosted glass panel keeps the water in, yet still allows for direct roll in or walk in to the damless shower. The homeowner enlisted us after demoing their bathroom and other parts of their home themselves. Therefore, we don't have before photos. 

Traditional Master Bath

These homeowners were ready to update their master bath and get rid of the original builder grade finishes. We didn't change the footprint but installed white shaker cabinets with a wider drawer bank and bottom drawer for more functional storage. The drop in Jacuzzi tub replaced the oval cultured marble tub that was not at all comfortable. They recently replaced the flooring so the new shower and tub deck tile were purchased from Daltile to flow with the existing. Brushed nickel Moen Belfield fixtures and custom framed white mirrors complete the classic look.  

In addition to the master bath remodel we changed out countertops, faucets, toilets and fixtures in 2 guest baths. 

Red Rock West Master Bath Retreat

The homeowners wanted to modernize their spacious master bathroom but not make it too "cold." By staying with a light, neutral griege palette, yet warming the room with alder stained cabinetry, the bathroom is up to date and inviting. We enlarged the shower, removed the old tub and deck and replaced it with the gorgeous Kohler freestanding tub, and added pantry cabinets in the toilet room. The homeowner chose Delta freestanding tub faucet, shower components and sink faucets in brushed nickel. The marble look porcelain shower tile continues as a wainscot, along the wall behind the tub, and complements the wood plank porcelain floor tile. Subtle, contrasting patterns flow together but aren't too "matchy, matchy." Kohler vessel sinks, granite countertops, pendant lights and framed mirrors finish off the transformation.

Renewed Master Bath

The homeowner desired to modernize this master bath yet not drastically change the footprint. Shaker cabinets, quartz countertops with undermount sinks, mosaic backsplash to match the existing floor tile, framed mirrors (instead of wall mirrors), chrome Moen Voss fixtures and updated light fixtures achieve the goal with style. 

Northwest Master Bath Remodel

This master bath was extremely outdated with cultured marble round tub, vanity top, closed in corner shower and flower patterned 8x8 floor tile...
The makeover gave it an updated look by removing the tub and vanity and installing new cabinets, green granite countertop with rectangular undermount sinks, oval wall mirrors and new beveled edge medicine cabinets.  8" spread brushed nickel faucets were installed as well as matching shower faucet.  Vanity light fixtures coordinate with the faucets all by Moen.
We created a large walk in shower where we removed the round roman tub, changed out the stained glass window to a smaller operable window and installed 3 new water tight can lights to give lots of lighting in the shower.  
A corner bench allows for sitting if needed as well as a niche to hold shampoo/conditioner bottles and soap etc.
A clear glass enclosure panel prevents water from splashing out onto the bathroom floor but is open at the end to enter the shower area.
New porcelain tile was installed on the floor of the bath and master closet as well as a new toilet.
We took the old shower area and turned it into a linen closet with a frosted glass french door.  Melamine shelving was installed inside to create oodles of storage for this client.

Spinnaker Cove Master Bath in Desert Shores

Feel the beach in this turquoise glass themed master bath.  Glass pencil tile in blues and greens sets off the tone along with the brilliant turquoise walls.  A frameless shower enclosure showcases the oversized walk-in shower.  Honey colored Beadboard cabinets with Giallo Portifino granite makes for a nice contrast to the blues and greens.  The square drop in white roman tub  invites you in for a soak with it's waterfall satin nickel faucet.

Gardens Master Bath

 Playful, yet sophisticated, is the new traditional in this renovated Gardens master bathroom. The decorative black and white patterned floor tile brings a touch of fun. Classic marble quartz countertops, stainless steel faucets, wood stained vanities, freestanding tub and muted paint are modern and fresh. White subway tiles in the shower transcend all design genres and never go out of style.

Talon Pointe Modern Master Bath

This modern, luxury master bathroom is the epitome of style and function. In this case the homeowner had almost every detail chosen and we had the pleasure of executing their vision. While the space is large, the old corner tub took up far too much room and the shower was too small. Those were the only 2 adjustments made to the footprint of the room. Custom cherry wood vanity cabinetry (designed by the homeowner and made to match their existing bedroom furniture) is the star of the project. Each tiered level houses drawers and under cabinet, dimmable lighting. A freestanding Mirabelle tub and Kohler Composed tub filler replace the bulky built in tub. The placement of the tub allows for easy cleaning behind it as well. Wall mount LED backlit mirrors, and recessed can lights, eliminate the need for vanity lights and follow the sleek design. The shower was enlarged by removing an unused alcove in the master bedroom. Light taupe wall tile and the clear, frameless, glass enclosure brighten the shower. We installed textured white tile on the wall of the toilet room, the vanity wall and behind the tub as a wainscot to protect from water splashes. Quartz countertops with a waterfall edge, Kohler undermount sinks, and Kohler Composed faucets were used at the vanities.
