Modern Mediterranean in Red Rock East

We were brought on to this project mid-way through to help the homeowner complete their vision of this complete gut, reconfiguration and renovation. The home was structurally and cosmetically transformed.  A loft was added over the formal living room to allow for a play space for the family, the formal dining was enclosed to become a craft room, an additional closet was added in the master, and the master bath layout was reconfigured to allow for double vanities and a free-standing cast iron tub. A balcony was constructed at the master, the Juliet balcony was added at the new loft location, and we removed existing windows and added exterior french doors throughout the home. 
The interior finishes include smooth texture walls, brushed marble floor tile, classic white subway tiles, polished nickel fixtures and oil rubbed bronze hardware. Restoration Hardware vanities are featured in the bathrooms, faux wood beams and white cabinetry in the kitchen and family room, and stainless steel Viking appliances. 

Red Rock East Whole Home Remodel

This large one story home in Red Rock East was dark and compartmentalized. Soffits, pony walls and gold paint throughout made the palatial home feel 1/2 it's size. We began by removing as many popouts, walls, curves and unnecessary niches as possible to make one expansive living space. 3 Dimplex 72" linear electric fireplaces were installed in the dining room, family room and master bedroom. A showstopper, custom cherry wood panels frame the stacked stone fireplace surround in the dining room. At the kitchen the awkward shaped peninsula was removed, the kitchen cabinets were painted white, new London Gray quartz countertops and an oversize island was created for seating and prep space. The master bathroom was completely gutted, the drop in tub was like new and the only item re-installed. White full overlay slab door cabinets, oil rubbed bronze faucets, fixtures and accents, subtle patterned tile and a large master shower replace dark cabinets and formerly walled in shower. Porcelain wood plank tile was installed throughout the house with carpet in the bedrooms and den. The powder room, although small in size, brings a wow factor with subtle gold shimmer wallpaper, chandelier, modern vanity and brushed gold Delta fixtures. The London Gray bar counter was squared off and the homeowner elected not to install a sink at the bar. Door hardware was changed to oil rubbed bronze throughout, George Kovacs ceiling fans and brushed gold and bronze light fixtures complete the transitional space.

Spanish Trail Townhome Remodel

This kitchen, designed in the 1980's, is now completely modernized. We removed the soffit, gaining 12" of ceiling height, removed the old uppers and opened an additional alcove to the living space. The new chimney range hood, with blue-grey glass subway tile backsplash and mosaic accent, are a focal point in the kitchen. Espresso shaker style cabinets, with glass uppers and bar pulls, and Luminesce quartz countertops are used throughout the home. Adding 2 pantry cabinets efficiently utilizes the wall space and provides plenty of storage. The futuristic, matching chandelier and pendant light, 50/50 stainless steel sink with gooseneck faucet, and drawer microwave complete the transformation. 

Centennial Hills Custom Home Renovation

The original southwestern theme was not the homeowner's dream. A complete remodel of this single story custom home transformed the mood and feel . In the kitchen we removed an unnecessary pony wall, enlarged the island, updated to stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, then enriched the space with beautiful whiskey stain, rustic alder cabinets. The dining room wall and fireplace surround both feature tumbled stacked stone floor to ceiling. The master (and 2 other full baths) continue with the whiskey stained cabinets, 18x36 porcelain floor tile (used throughout the home), and granite countertops. In the master shower we removed the existing wall to expand the shower and allow the full size drop in jacuzzi tub at the back. The frameless glass enclosure keeps the warmth in whether the owner is bathing, showering or both simultaneously. Adding the mirror wall, where the pocket door leads to the walk in closet, is functional and makes the bathroom feel even larger. Repainting the interior with serene gray paint colors completes the rustic, yet modern, design of this fully renovated home. 

Sun City Summerlin Traditional Home

This expansive kitchen began it's journey with white wash cabinets, and straight line upper cabinets.  Five of the upper cabinets were changed out to custom builds with taller and deeper replacements to match the existing style.  We put glass panel doors on three of the uppers to create an area for the owner to showcase their nice pieces at the breakfast nook area.  We then refinished the entire kitchen cabinets to a creamy off white.  We changed out the corian island top to black granite and applied a stone veneer to the base walls of the island to give the kitchen a dramatic new look.  New light fixtures, laminate flooring and wall color brought the kitchen to life with warmth and a cozy feel.
Both fireplaces in the home got a makeover with stone veneer to match what was used at the kitchen island.  We created a mantle with MDF molding at the family room over the existing drywall popout to give dimension and interest to the fireplace.  A fresh coat of paint finished off the new look at both locations.

Transitional Home Renovation

This homeowner recently purchased this home and wanted to refresh the interior. They'd recently installed new tile flooring throughout that stayed. We removed the gaudy master tub and enlarged the shower, created a vanity for her in the old tub location, eliminated a never used double oven in favor of an often used/easily accessible drawer microwave and created a coffee bar with reverse osmosis faucet for easy water access.
White shaker cabinetry throughout and Taj Mahal granite countertops are light and bright yet welcoming and warm.

Modern House Makeover

We completely remodeled this house to give a cohesive and modern, yet inviting, living space. Soothing gray tones cover the entire inside of the home. Gray wood plank porcelain tile throughout is easy to maintain yet brings warmth to the space. White, shaker style cabinetry, stainless steel hood, oven/stove, french door refrigerator and farmhouse sink are updated amenities that brighten the space. We removed old windows, in the family room, and replaced them with french doors with internal blinds for privacy or to let in lots of light. Removing an unused fireplace in the family room, closing in pot shelves above a bedroom closet and closing in the master bath pony wall added necessary wall space, storage and privacy. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, brushed nickel faucets, fixtures and pulls throughout continue the modern theme. The master shower is quite the show piece with Carrara honed marble tiles, double shower heads, vertical handheld shower and digital shower controls. We also removed windows and installed an exterior door in the master to allow the owners easy access to their backyard. This home, built in the 1990s, is now timeless.
