We had the absolute best experience with Ranieri Construction! Tasha and Stacy were incredible from day one. We had them, along with five other bids when we first began our project. Our intent was to knock down a wall to expand our kitchen and replace all cabinets and counters. They were the only company that suggested that an engineer come out to inspect the wall to determine if it was load bearing or not. Their bid came in at a reasonable, fair, and practical price. During the months leading up to demo day, Tasha and Stacy guided us on what products to decide on, gave us timelines on when to order items, and were accurate and honest about any pandemic driven delays. When we started our construction, they gave us a detailed calendar of things that would occur each day so we knew exactly what to expect. They gave us a timeline of about 30 days from start to finish and they got it all done two days before the deadline! They came to the house each day to inspect the work that was completed to ensure their electricians, painters, plumbers, etc were producing nothing but the best of work. And they WERE! I cannot say enough good things about the Ranieri sisters. I found them off of Houzz if you can believe it. I’d received a recommendation from locals (actually two!) for contractors in Las Vegas after relocating from Los Angeles. Both of the recommendations I received fell through in flames and left me desperate to find someone to work on my project right at thanksgiving when everyone is so busy. So I went on Houzz and I interviewed several people. Stacy and Tasha not only impressed me the most, they were the most efficient, the most thorough, and they were priced towards the middle/high end of the spectrum. Their pricing was perfect for what they delivered on. To put a wrench in all of this, my husband and I and my parents got Covid right when we were supposed to meet them to show them the project. So we FaceTimed them!!! They went through our home and had absolutely amazing ideas, comments, and knowledge of the construction business. Starting during Thanksgiving week is a very hard ask in Vegas, especially during Covid. These two made it happen. The project included the complete renovation of four bathrooms, laundry room, partial renovation of the kitchen, renovation of the wet bar, removing stupid walls that should’ve never been there (very Vegas), Removing an unsightly entertainment niche, new lighting, re-doing the entertainment niche in the master bedroom to be a coffee bar, removal of dated office shelving in one of the rooms and a bookcase in the main hallway, painting of the entire house! 3700 ft.². And a lot of odds and ends throughout the entire process. The Ranieri sisters were absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. Their communication is unparalleled! I have renovated several bathrooms and other things in Los Angeles and never experienced the high level of service that I received with them. I received constant communication about construction timelines, construction surprises, ideas around projects I had, it was truly incredible. My project has been completed for almost 2 months and I discovered about a half inch of grout that was coming undone in my wet bar area. A very insignificant thing in the grand scheme of things especially given my scope of work. They made sure that it was fixed immediately! This is 2 months post completion!!! Stacey and Tasha were wonderful to work with! If we had a problem they made sure all questions were answered and any issues were taken care of. They felt like family and understood the difficulty of living with an ongoing renovation. Stacey made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Our 2 story home was done in 2 phases so that we could live in our house during the process. The timeframe they gave us was reasonable and they finished early on the downstairs and on time upstairs. The people Stacey works with were wonderful and she made sure they were on schedule. We remodeled our kitchen, including breaking down a wall to expand the kitchen, removing the existing windows, and creating 3 new windows. It turned out gorgeous! We had our brick fireplace removed and our laundry room was spruced up. All 3 bathrooms were remodeled. We changed the downstairs tub into a beautiful, fully tiled walk-in shower with new fixtures. The upstairs bathroom received a new, deeper tub and also new everything. The master bathroom had a shower and a jacuzzi originally, but because our house doesn’t have much storage, the old shower stall became a built-in cabinet and there’s now a decadent walk-in shower where the tub was. In the master, we had sliding doors installed to replace the bathroom and closet doors. We had all closets fitted with an organization system. We had a pin-hole break in a copper pipe in the wall resulting in major damage to our master bathroom flooring, sink area on one side, shower, etc. The 23-year old granite tile could not be matched which then required a demo of the other sink area, the bathtub area and vanity, all that had the matching granite tile. We hired Ranieri Construction to remodel our master bathroom. Stacey stood out from the other contractors. Most important, she listened. She measured. She came back with an estimate. She provided resources and contacts so that we could go and shop for what we wanted. She waited patiently as we dealt with our insurance company which was a lengthy process. She worked with us to lower pricing when our selections of materials came in below averages set in estimate. Stacey quoted 4-6 weeks and came in on time and on the tight budget. Her subs were lined up and ready to go following her direction and timelines. Without exception, each was prompt, neat, respectful and aware that they were working quickly to put us back in our master bath that we had been out of for six months. We have used Ranieri Construction before...and, we'll use them again!! In 2014, Ranieri Construction came in and renovated the "new" 16-year-old home we purchased. They did such a great job that, when we decided to update our kitchen this year, guess who we called?!!! Stacey and her team came in and replaced kitchen cabinets, put in new counter tops, designed a new layout, and replaced outdated appliances. The frig we purchased was exactly what we wanted. However, it wasn't counter-depth. In order to accomplish the look of a counter-depth refrigerator and to keep it from sticking out like a sore thumb in the room, they recessed it back into the wall, which meant they had to remove a portion of the depth of the niche on the opposite side. But, you'd never know it had been reworked to look at it, they did such a good job. All in all, we're very pleased with the quality of workmanship. The subs were all knowledgeable and professional. We bought a 2800+ sq. ft. home in Sun City Summerlin that had a great floor plan ... but had been sorely abused and neglected by the previous owners. It needed a COMPLETE renovation from the floors to the ceilings. They removed and replaced all flooring; took out the old shower and walk-in tub in the master and built a lovely, large, tiled, walk-in shower; they applied ledge stone around our fireplaces and kitchen island; gave us access to our backyard from our master bedroom by replacing a window with French doors; replaced all damaged baseboards and casings; eliminated the "cafeteria"-style look in the kitchen by adding varying heights and dimensions to the cabinets, utilizing some of the old cabinets and building new ones where needed; refinished the cabinets throughout the entire house, taking them from the tired white-washed oak look to a more modern cream; and, painted the entire house, literally from top to bottom!!! Not only did Ranieri Construction get the work done on time for our move, they did a fantastic job and kept within our budget!!! We had the absolute best experience with Ranieri Construction! Tasha and Stacy were incredible from day one. We had them, along with five other bids when we first began our project. Our intent was to knock down a wall to expand our kitchen and replace all cabinets and counters. They were the only company that suggested that an engineer come out to inspect the wall to determine if it was load bearing or not. Their bid came in at a reasonable, fair, and practical price. During the months leading up to demo day, Tasha and Stacy guided us on what products to decide on, gave us timelines on when to order items, and were accurate and honest about any pandemic driven delays. When we started our construction, they gave us a detailed calendar of things that would occur each day so we knew exactly what to expect. They gave us a timeline of about 30 days from start to finish and they got it all done two days before the deadline! I cannot say enough good things about the Ranieri sisters. I found them off of Houzz if you can believe it. I’d received a recommendation from locals (actually two!) for contractors in Las Vegas after relocating from Los Angeles. Both of the recommendations I received fell through in flames and left me desperate to find someone to work on my project right at thanksgiving when everyone is so busy. So I went on Houzz and I interviewed several people. Stacy and Tasha not only impressed me the most, they were the most efficient, the most thorough, and they were priced towards the middle/high end of the spectrum. Their pricing was perfect for what they delivered on. To put a wrench in all of this, my husband and I and my parents got Covid right when we were supposed to meet them to show them the project. So we FaceTimed them!!! They went through our home and had absolutely amazing ideas, comments, and knowledge of the construction business. Starting during Thanksgiving week is a very hard ask in Vegas, especially during Covid. These two made it happen. The project included the complete renovation of four bathrooms, laundry room, partial renovation of the kitchen, renovation of the wet bar, removing stupid walls that should’ve never been there (very Vegas), Removing an unsightly entertainment niche, new lighting, re-doing the entertainment niche in the master bedroom to be a coffee bar, removal of dated office shelving in one of the rooms and a bookcase in the main hallway, painting of the entire house! 3700 ft.². And a lot of odds and ends throughout the entire process. The Ranieri sisters were absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. Their communication is unparalleled! I have renovated several bathrooms and other things in Los Angeles and never experienced the high level of service that I received with them. I received constant communication about construction timelines, construction surprises, ideas around projects I had, it was truly incredible. My project has been completed for almost 2 months and I discovered about a half inch of grout that was coming undone in my wet bar area. A very insignificant thing in the grand scheme of things especially given my scope of work. They made sure that it was fixed immediately! This is 2 months post completion!!! Stacey and Tasha were wonderful to work with! If we had a problem they made sure all questions were answered and any issues were taken care of. They felt like family and understood the difficulty of living with an ongoing renovation. Stacey made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Our 2 story home was done in 2 phases so that we could live in our house during the process. The timeframe they gave us was reasonable and they finished early on the downstairs and on time upstairs. The people Stacey works with were wonderful and she made sure they were on schedule. We remodeled our kitchen, including breaking down a wall to expand the kitchen, removing the existing windows, and creating 3 new windows. It turned out gorgeous! We had our brick fireplace removed and our laundry room was spruced up. All 3 bathrooms were remodeled. We changed the downstairs tub into a beautiful, fully tiled walk-in shower with new fixtures. The upstairs bathroom received a new, deeper tub and also new everything. The master bathroom had a shower and a jacuzzi originally, but because our house doesn’t have much storage, the old shower stall became a built-in cabinet and there’s now a decadent walk-in shower where the tub was. In the master, we had sliding doors installed to replace the bathroom and closet doors. We had all closets fitted with an organization system. We had a pin-hole break in a copper pipe in the wall resulting in major damage to our master bathroom flooring, sink area on one side, shower, etc. The 23-year old granite tile could not be matched which then required a demo of the other sink area, the bathtub area and vanity, all that had the matching granite tile. We hired Ranieri Construction to remodel our master bathroom. Stacey stood out from the other contractors. Most important, she listened. She measured. She came back with an estimate. She provided resources and contacts so that we could go and shop for what we wanted. She waited patiently as we dealt with our insurance company which was a lengthy process. She worked with us to lower pricing when our selections of materials came in below averages set in estimate. Stacey quoted 4-6 weeks and came in on time and on the tight budget. Her subs were lined up and ready to go following her direction and timelines.
