Cinnamon in Sun City

This homeowner desired a warm and inviting space to highlight and compliment her collection of art that she accumulated over the years. The old floorplan of this home is closed in and chopped up. Many homeowners have updated to this open kitchen layout and removed unnecessary walls, relocated appliances and created an open concept floorplan. In addition, we replaced the family room french doors and window with 2 sliding glass doors, a cost effective way to let in more light and achieve a "sliding wall door" aesthetic on budget. A new built in fireplace and storage wall replaced a formerly empty space, in the family room. Since storage space in limited in many Vegas homes and they wouldn't use a tub, we installed linen cabinets and a corner lazy susan in the primary bathroom for additional storage and function. Luxury vinyl plank flooring and a warm beige paint throughout completes the look.
