This ground floor condo was a closed in brown on brown on brown cave. The homeowner's vision was a bright and airy entertaining space with a pop of blue. The renovated space now feels like it has a full skyline view and twice the square footage. Removing the existing peninsula/breakfast bar and built in pantry made the kitchen feel twice as large, instantly. Instead of a traditional dining table, we built a dining peninsula with bookshelf end cap that allows seating for 8. Light colors flow through the property with wall paint, faux brick wall tile at the fireplace, backsplash and dining accent wall and quartz countertops. We installed luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout as well. The hall bathroom got a makeover without having to change the footprint. To stay on budget we left the existing laundry room cabinets. New countertop, sink, faucet, hardware and flooring make it feel like a completely renovated room. LED sealed trim can lights, throughout, brighten the space when cloudy days don't allow the sunlight to pour in.
