Desert Shores Total Renovation

This home was completely renovated from top to bottom, interior and exterior, landscaping and everything in between. This is the client's forever home so they renovated it exactly to their own specifications. We removed a supporting wall separating the original kitchen and formal living room to open for a more "great room" style. The kitchen configuration completely changed, we widened the hallway at the bedrooms and enlarged the master bedroom closet as well.

This home is unique with a floating electric fireplace at the entry and a functional gas freestanding stove in the nook area. A new custom iron entry door sets the tone for the transitional Spanish style of the home.
