Lone Mountain Condo Reno

This was a full renovation of this 1,200 sq ft condo near Lone Mountain. We worked with the client remotely to choose all finishes, as they lived out of state. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with white shaker cabinets and marble quartz countertops. The flooring is luxury vinyl plank throughout, while the walls were painted a soothing light gray. Glass mosaic pencil tile backsplash in the kitchen and at the fireplace surround, crystal accented chandeliers and vanity lights and brushed nickel fixtures add a touch of sophistication and glam to the spaces. We also changed out the ceiling fans and kitchen appliances to new, energy efficient models.
