Willows Renovation

This home had recently undergone a partial renovation with new plank tile flooring and the master bathroom was remodeled. The new homeowner wanted us to replicate the color scheme, from the renovated master bathroom, throughout the home. All cabinets (kitchen, laundry room, casita, Jack and Jill bathroom and storage areas) were refaced with shaker door style and painted a light gray. We built a custom vanity to match for the powder room. Polished Carrara marble countertops were installed throughout the home. Kohler Devonshire brushed nickel faucets and accessories, a black fireclay farmhouse kitchen sink and matte black light fixtures, pulls and door hardware complete the modern farmhouse theme. Behr Popped Corn paint was used throughout the interior and 2 linear electric fireplaces by Dimplex replaced the old gas fireplaces in the master bedroom and family room. Last, the unused formal dining room was framed in, with glass panel french doors, to create a much needed office space.
