Queensridge Staircase Retrofit and Cabinet Refinish

This spacious home was in need of some updating yet the budget didn't allow for a complete gut. Gray, black, white and classic modern was the desired look. New vinyl tile flooring throughout is sleek and easy to maintain. The existing kitchen cabinets were painted white and gray and new glass tile backsplash is crisp and fresh. New custom wood railing and square iron spindles were installed while the remaining existing woodwork was painted black and white lacquer to match. The downstairs bath also received a modern makeover.
