Bi-fold Wall Door and more

Our clients bought this recently, partially renovated home but found areas they wanted to improve. We re-engineered the formal living/dining room wall and installed a 20' bi-fold glass wall door. To bring light into the master bedroom we added a fixed window. The master bathroom was completely gutted, except for vanity cabinets, and redone in blue and gray tones. In the kitchen we removed a wall and added a 2nd island, added a barn door at the pantry and reconfigured the range wall for a slide in Wolf range, chimney hood and pot filler. We painted the interior, converted the casita into a theater room, changed out multiple light fixtures, and other miscellaneous work.
