This home, built in the 90s, kept the kitchen closed off from the living space. The homeowner newly purchased this home and wanted to update and open up to the living space. First, we removed the walls and dated flourescent panel lighting. Next, we relocated the plumbing for the refrigerator. The new cabinetry layout created a peninsula, with extra storage, a built in microwave, and 2 large pantry spaces. We installed wood plank porcelain tile, throughout the home, and repainted the interior of the home a soothing greige to freshen the space. Stainless steel appliances, gray quartz countertops, a brushed nickel gooseneck faucet, and chrome pendant lights enhance the clean, modern aesthetic.
